Pet Chickens and Witty Mothers Featured in Two New Books

Mother Knows Best – Wit and Wisdom from Idaho Moms by author Patti Murphy is a delightful collection of comments that women and men recall hearing from their mothers.  Examples range from "Don't make me stop this car!"  to "You're running away?  Let me help you pack!"  Murphy is an award-winning writer and the owner of a public relations company in Boise.  Proceeds from the book will be donated to the Women's and Children's Alliance in Boise in celebration of 100 years of public service.
